Faulty Items

Lola & me organic babywear abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. Here at Lola & me we have a strict quality control system in place and pride ourselves on producing quality items. If your item/s are faulty we apologise for the inconvenience. 

Please return faulty items to us and once received a refund for postage will be given and the product either repaired or replaced.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your items arrive damaged please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please contact us and we will investigate with our courier company.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty. If you discover you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange your items or provide a gift card, however, shipping will be at your own cost. Exchange of size is only valid within 30 days of your order, providing the items are in their original condition.
